Milk chocolate, caramel and clove. Creamy in a French press with the chocolate and caramel out front and the clove behind them. As cold brew the spice comes forward and it picks up a brighter, almost lemony aroma without tasting acidic.
The most Dogspeed-like of the Merit coffees, and the best of them for cold brew and immersion. Handles milk well.

How to drink it. Made for milk. The caramel and clove come through anything you pour in, and it is excellent as a cold brew with milk. Black it is still good, a little spicier. Sugar pushes it toward dessert, which some days is the right answer.
