Roasted for espresso: chocolate and almond underneath, citrus and jasmine across the top.

Chocolate and almond from the Guatemala as the baseline, with bright citrus and jasmine from the Ethiopia cutting across it. Superthing's idea is that each coffee in a blend should say something the other does not, and you can taste both halves rather than a blur.
Roasted specifically for espresso, and their most popular blend. The Guatemalan half gives the body and sweetness a shot needs; the Ethiopian half keeps it from going flat and dull the way a lot of espresso blends do. It brews well as filter too, where the jasmine comes forward.
What to do with it

- Water temperature
- As filter, 200-205F.
- Time
- As espresso, 25-30 s. As filter, as written.
- Dose and ratio
- As espresso, 18 g in and 36 g out, then adjust grind. As filter, around 1:16.
How to drink it. Espresso first, black or in milk. The chocolate-almond base holds up in a cortado and the citrus survives it better than most. As filter, drink it black.
