Tractor Beam
Caramel and milk chocolate with lychee and Meyer lemon over the top. Brighter than the house bean, and worth drinking black.

- Best black
Caramel and milk chocolate underneath, with lychee, strawberry and Meyer lemon on top. Superthing roast it for body and sweetness rather than clarity, so the fruit reads as a lift rather than the whole point.
The Colombia gives the caramel-and-citrus base and the Ethiopia brings the fruit and florals. Brighter and more layered than Dogspeed, and it rewards a slightly hotter, slightly shorter brew. Superthing designed it for espresso as well as filter; here espresso stays with the darker roasts.

How to drink it. Black. The lychee and Meyer lemon are the reason to buy it and milk erases both. No sugar; the caramel base is sweet enough.
