How it tastes
Blackberry jam, black pepper and a vanilla sweetness from the oak.
Full-bodied and dry, though the ripe fruit reads as sweet. Moderate tannin, warm finish.
How to serve it
Jammy and soft already; twenty minutes just blows off the alcohol edge.
Jammy Zin doesn't improve. Open it.
