How it tastes
Black plum and blackberry, violets, espresso and a little black pepper.
Full-bodied and dry, with firm tannin and a savory finish.
How to serve it
Malbec and Petit Verdot — dark and firm. An hour.
Malbec and Petit Verdot, still firm. Two or three years.
