How it tastes
Raspberry and red plum, dried flowers, and a sweet baking-spice note.
Medium to full-bodied, dry, smooth, with soft tannin. Easy for a big wine.
How to serve it
Grenache-led and perfumed. Twenty minutes, no more — too much air flattens the florals.
