How it tastes
Cherry compote, forest floor, black tea and dried herbs.
Medium-bodied and dry, with fine tannin and real acidity. More structured than it looks.
How to serve it
Cool-climate Pinot with real structure — twenty minutes, in the glass, not a decanter.
