Brew process

Add coffee, pour all water at once. Insulated press, so no preheat needed.

Break the crust, then skim off the foam and floaters.

Leave it undisturbed to steep.

Pour gently without plunging.

Pour the full batch into a carafe or thermos. Serve from there -- anything left in the press keeps extracting on the bed.
